Chart: 17 September 2008, 9.42am, Jhb, South Africa, Asc 2Sag55 It is with trepidation that I set this chart as whatever my judgement, it would mean taking a stand and having the courage to publish those findings – but horary is not for the faint hearted so let us commence. This chart was set prior to the debacle of the ANC calling for the resignation of Thabo Mbeki, and until Mbeki officially left office, he was still the president of South Africa – his tenure expired at midnight on the 24th of September 2008.
