Logged in, but you still don't have access
The ASSA website saves a small file called a 'session cookie' to your machine every time you login to the ASSA website. This cookie is set to expire as soon as you logout or close the browser window. Sometimes, this process doesn't happen the way it's supposed to and you're left with a corrupt cookie on your machine.
To fix this, do the following:
Go to 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' on your Internet Explorer Window
Click on the 'Delete Cookies' button and then click the 'OK' button.
Hold down the 'CTRL' key on your keyboard and click the 'Refresh' button on your browser.
Try logging in with your username and password again.
