Court Case E-mail

QUESTION:

How will my court case turn out? Johannesburg April 3 2007 11:01 am - a question about an employee walking out because of not being paid in full and then taking the ex-employer to court.

Client 3 : Horary
Client 3 : Horary
In Horary the person who asks the question is always known as the querent and is represented by the first house. In this case the querent is represented by Mercury in Pisces (not a particularly strong position but not a glaringly weak one either). The opposition or ex-Company (7th house) is represented by Jupiter in Sagittarius (Jupiter is dignified here, so at first glance, this would be a most strong position, but Jupiter especially can also be considered to be overconfident and at times full of a lot of hot air and, as far as this question is concerned, full of confidence and a sense of self-righteousness as Jupiter is sitting in the house it rules). Despite all this Jupiter coming to conjunction with the Part of Fortune indicates that the Company will be happy with the outcome of the Court Case.

Mercury, on the other hand, sits in the 9th house of court cases and with a Moon in Libra in the Via Combusta shows that the querent is in a state of distress and emotional turbulence. Also as the Moon also rules the querent's 2nd house of money, the money aspect is a worrying factor.

The Court Case and any officials to do with the Court are represented by the 9th house, in this case ruled by Saturn which is Retrograde and sitting in the 3rd house of contracts and communications. Retrograde Saturn here seems as if there is not going to be much sympathy or co-operation shown to either party - the rules will simply be followed.

Now the aspects will lead us to the outcome of the matter. Mercury is square Jupiter indicating the tension and difficulties between the parties. Another pointer that the Company is happy with the outcome is the trine between Jupiter and Saturn, so as there are no other signs showing the outcome for our querent, the Moon is the final indicator of completion of the matter. And so it is. The Moon is quincunx the querent which means that he has to adjust his expectations to a compromise and in my opinion the separating sextile from Moon to Jupiter and a sextile to Saturn at the same time would mean that back pay must be sorted out (but not to the querent's expectation as we have already seen). As the Moon is positioned in the fourth house of the end of the matter, and on top of that, makes only one further aspect before it becomes void (a trine to Mars which in this chart rules the 6th house of the querent's job), it would seem that the ruling from the Court would be something like the querent having to be reinstated in the job with a proper contract drawn up between them (which does not seem to have been the case in the beginning).

Speaking of which, imagine the need to guard hell, anyway. Who in their right mind, according the mythic/theological representations of what hell is, would want to sneak in there?
